The company is available to receive demands, support local initiatives, and build solutions in partnership, with recurring diagnostics that help improve listening and social engagement.

With over R$ 1.5 billion invested in local procurement, Grupo Avante strengthens the regional economy and hosts periodic meetings with suppliers for experience sharing and skills development.

The Jaguara Tourism Route strengthens the economic and social development of Itabirito, Ouro Preto, Rio Acima, and Santa Bárbara through experience-based tourism. With a focus on sustainability and community-based approaches, the project drives the local supply chain and diversifies opportunities in the territories.

Grupo Avante supports cultural festivals as a tool for strengthening the creative economy, valuing local artists, and community integration. Supported events include the Spring Festival in Acuruí; the Mountains and Waters of Minas Festival in Itabirito; the Uaimií Festival, also in Itabirito; and the Festival of Life in Santa Bárbara. Involvement also extends to traditional celebrations such as Julyfest, ExpoOuro, Brumal a Gosto, Cavalhadas de Amarantina and Brumal, Festa de São Judas, and Saberes à Mesa.

Grupo Avante supports the preservation of historical and cultural heritage through the restoration of churches, museums, and symbolic spaces. Actions include the restoration of Capela Padre Faria in Ouro Preto; support for churches in Santa Bárbara, Maracujá, and Acuruí; the Museum of Sant'Ana in Tiradentes; and the Santo Antônio Church in Córrego da Onça, Barão de Cocais. Involvement extends to projects such as the Cavalhada University — Station of Stories, as well as the Jabuticaba Festival and the EmCantos Cultural Soirée.

Grupo Avante invests in works that improve mobility, safety, and community living. Over 40 km of paving in locations such as Maracujá, Ribeirão, Capanema, Congonhas, and Barão de Cocais, plus 30 km of asphalt maintenance in Itabirito and Barão de Cocais. Actions also include lit pedestrian sidewalks, school renovations, construction and revitalization of community halls, and improvements to associations and shared spaces.

Operating in Barão de Cocais and Palmital, the project transforms public schools through graffiti and artistic painting, bringing color, identity, and aesthetic experiences to educational spaces with limited access to cultural activities.

A swimming project for 100 children and teenagers aged 7 to 17, conducted by Ajudôu with sponsorship from GSM Mineração through the Federal Sports Incentive Law, in partnership with the Municipality of Barão de Cocais. All classes are free and promote health, discipline, and social inclusion.

The Strength and Protection project offers free self-defense classes for women in Barão de Cocais, building self-confidence, safety, and community bonds.

Grupo Avante supports initiatives such as Bangu Sports Club in Congonhas, which serves approximately 400 children, and projects through the Senior Citizens' Fund and Early Childhood Fund, benefiting nursing homes and daycare centers in municipalities such as Crucilândia.

Through resources from the Senior Citizens' Fund and support for local social initiatives, Grupo Avante contributes to strengthening the social protection network. In Crucilândia, ASSOPOC cares for approximately 150 seniors in vulnerable situations, ensuring care, dignity, and quality of life. Support also extends to early childhood education, benefiting approximately 350 children served by community daycare centers.
