The implantation of the structure of the flexible ventilated duct (DVF), or “inflatable warehouse”, in the ore transfer yard in the old Flamengo field, located at MG436, was carried out with the aim of improving the yard and strengthening the pillars. In addition to reducing the dispersion of dust, the built structure has improved the quality of the product, since all the ore dumping and loading work is being done in the covered area, so the product is not exposed, especially in the rainy season. The dimensions of the DVF are: 50 m wide, 120 m long and 16 m high and it also has ventilation, where the internal air is exchanged three times an hour. The structure has the purpose of maintaining work based on good planning and organization.
